Career Opportunities
GTO program was conceptualized and planned in 1988. It is a concept of recruiting young & talented graduates to train. Them in security operations so as to provide them a career in SIS. More than 1500 GTOs have been trained and today are an integral part of the SIS family and also from the core management team at divisional, regional, operations/branch levels.
GTO Training Program
The in-house training material is mapped and aligned to meet the requirement of the Security Sector and the Course material is delivered via audio-visual aids.
The training course is designed to provide foundational knowledge and skills that are required to succeed in the Security sector. The syllabus is planned to keep in mind the industry Requirement and the trainees are given complete knowledge of the security sector, Communication skills, soft skills, and managerial skills. Seasonedfaculties who are industry Experts deliver these lectures Apart from them, GTOs from previous cadre working are industry Position of Executive Vice President and Regional Vice President in SIS from the core training Team.
Guest lectures, industrial tours, and interactive sessions byte security sector experts help The training understand industry expectations and latest market trends, Special emphasis is given on the physical health of the trainees by the means of P.T.Hurdles, Karate and yoga and form an integral part of the training experience.
Placement
1. GTO program prepares trainees for placement in the SIS Group as Assistant Security officer Assignment Manager, Unit commander, Assistant Manager Operations, etc.
2. More than 1500 have been trained and placed as a market leader in SIS up till now.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation in any stream or its equivalent
Age: 21-35 years as on September of each year.
Desirable: Proficiency in English/Hindi and Computer knowledge
Candidate having NCC 'C' certificate and outstanding sports achievement will be given preference.
Standard of Physical measure: Height 170 cms min.
