He said, “I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this.” He crumpled the bill up.

He then asked, “Who still wants it?”

All 200 hands were still raised.

“Well,” he replied, “What if I do this?” Then he dropped the bill on the ground and stomped on it with his shoes.

He picked it up, and showed it to the crowd. The bill was all crumpled and dirty.

“Now who still wants it?”

All the hands still went up.

“My friends, I have just showed you a very IMPORTANT LESSON, No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, life crumples us and grinds us into the dirt. We make bad decisions or deal with poor circumstances. We feel worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are SPECIAL – Don’t ever forget it!

This afternoon during the lunch break,a lady remarked on the table the women should speak out more.Then i turn around and said', well Women i don't have a problem in speaking, They have problem in being heard. And Today I would like to thank the art of living for giving a harmonious platform to women from cross the world so that they come here speak up and also be very consecutively heard. I have to very senior experience lady give the world view with regards to global connect and conflict. Well i was listening to another pineor in womens moment in Europe. I heard talk about nations persuits and protective national identities. I heard mis anderemerson quotes of Mahatma Gandhi. well I was refelectingon this persuits of preserving national identity. My thoughts went to lady of shrilanka was sitting here. We all are in our country i.e India observe and follow a lot of values from so called Epics like Ramayana.

I know conflict arises when there is wide spread of powerty, conflict arises when there is illterarcy,conflict arises when there is raise to take ownership of resources, We also know but when women put them in help of affairs conflict has very unnatural way ofdecreasing. In 1996 A study was put out by Suba gao and rail even he  said nation and 72 countries a part of study. there is a nation in 1975 had invested in womens high eduction than in 1985 those nations would seen a decline infect death of 68%. Miss Anderson spoke about ladislation as a parliament area in india we have quite few challanges with past an half years with regards to for women security it break my hearts  everytime. i need to raise my voice to parliament about women getting raped evey year, Yes They does. it does break my heat When i discussed citicsed with regards to infront girls been killed, just because they are girls. yes they does. It break my hearts when i realise and recognise that over one crore girls die in our country every year in mother worm and no body speaks oth of them because childrens are not vote banks.And the same time I wonder is legislation enough. if you truly sees to empower are nations and society and world.at large with legislation be enough.And that's when i remind myself of a quote of Mahatma Gandhi who said be the change if you seen the world. Kavita ji has been more than generis my introduction apart from the role of tulsi the cutenecoensial bahu i also have the previlage of discussiong socio political issues various platform. During one of my shooting schedule i walked in studio and met the lady who was quitely sitting in a corner of a room and i was told her that the lady of the day i have to interview of her.When i walked upto her and i asked her to give me a little bit introduction so i that can say to tha camera. she looked at me and a dari dari and satal smile and said well introduce me as a mother who tried to kill her daughter and i ask for why such as introduction because that seen quite qrueel in human and she said well this is a fact that i need to imbrace  and of people need to recognise me what i am. i asked her why she define herself so and she said well i give birth two daughter and my husband told me that if the third daughter has well that no need not to take trouble coming back at home. the third child i gave i birth daughter as well. i came to the hospital and  because my husband refuse to see my face for two days and my brother said let me go back and persue you husband. so two mens said down and broken the deal, the husband said if your sister make do, and wish you third child and she will be given to permission to enter home. the brother before the consulting sister said well my sister shall do as well, will make sure as the third child doesn't seen the next month. the womens come back with three daughters the yongest been three days old its is december state of punjab, in a village of punjab is absolutely very chilling in December. One night she lais her daughter in courtyard bed without a piece of cloth on her daughter body. the womens prepared about to daughter's die and she says if she died in that winter all i would do face ignorance to police man horned in next morning. she went and she sat in the courtyard and waiting for her daughter to die. she was so tired looking after her tree daughters and household and giving birth after three days that she happen to go to sleep, when she woke up the next morning, she realise the sun was up and before the pilce got here she wantend to screem and shout so that so that day could see mother completely immeresed in pains of child death, when she waked up to the bed she saw the infront of daughter was blue from head to toe but was alive. and that's the women turn around and told me that i decided if my three day old daughter could fight death all night, don't i have capacity to fight her life and stand up to my husband. Kautilya Ka Arthashastra said  For a good leader it is not enough to exercise to control of We victorious over external forces and enemeies. For a good leader first priority is to come over come your own burdens, over come on your flaws, reinsert your own humanity, fight your internal enemies and you can truly lead the world. I feel for the globe to connect for nation to be empowered. it is extremly essential for the women in that country to be educated, to be employed, to be treated as human being as miss amderson said and i think that is when we can truly connect because what connects me to miss anderson and Dr. Gajan far from afganistan  is not for political cause that we persue not that we have human rights cause we persue for the only one thing on  for the only one fact that  for all women want to persue that world  where every women is given the like to live her life with dignity, right to live her life in peace and like right to live in such as fashion that she can encourage others to treat everyone as equals and provide those opportunity to men and women alike so once again   a nation that defines its own cultural ethos by saying bhaujan sukhay bahujan hitay, that we has a nation are a dedicated to the happiness and welfair of all. i am hoping the global connect we seek is a global connect that is inspired by india's idea or vasudev ktumbakam that we are ONE FAMILY who will resolve  and rise about every conflict, so we as a world come together and serve not individual nation interest but also a interest of humanity at large. 

Assessment is an integral part of our life that is used for a range of purposes, more importantly for student evaluation, formulation of learning goals for tertiary educational institutions, career  progression , job seeking and even for self evaluation by individual entities.
