As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.
He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”
The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.
Like the Elephants, How many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, Simply because we failed at it once before?
Failure is part of learning; We should Never Give Up the Struggle in Life.

There was one King , Since he had lots of responsibilities he was always stressed. He used to see a farmer who was very happy . He was very happy with his farming and family, he had no stress, he used to work hard but enjoy his work and was contented with his life.
King always wondered how can this farmer be so contented, even after he doesn’t have luxurious life. The king asked this his minister to find out the reason behind the farmer’s containment. The minister observed that the farmer was happy because he didn’t had anything to worry about. He used to work hard, to earn his bread and butter and because he worked hard he got better sleep. He was happy with his family and farming.
The minister then kept a small bag with 99 gold coins outside his house. Next day when the farmer saw the bag he was ecstatic. He began to count them. After several counts, he was at last convinced that there were 99 coins. ‘What could’ve happened to that last gold coin? Surely, no one would leave 99 coins!’ he wondered. He looked everywhere he could, but that final coin was elusive. Finally, exhausted, he decided that he would have to work harder than ever to earn that gold coin and complete his collection.
From that day he started to work really hard and hard, and could not give enough attention to his family. He was completely focused on earning that one more coin. He stopped enjoying his work. The king observed this and asked his minister what happened to him, why is he no more contented? The minister replied that he has joined our club of 99.
The 99 club is a name given to those people who have enough to be happy but are never contented because they’re always striving for that extra one. They always tell themselves, “Let me get that final one and then I’ll be happy for life”.
We can be happy even with very little in our life, but the minute we’re given something bigger and better, we want more!!! We lose our sleep, our happiness, we hurt the people around us. We lose all this at a price of our growing greed and desire.

...WHY SMILING CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE
The Most pleasing FIVE lettered word ?Money? Most pleasing?
When one has to pay Income tax, then is it most pleasing?
Yes? SMILE... The Most Pleasing FIVE lettered Word SMILE .
They say, SMILE! It increases your face value. How many of your Smile? Of course your Smile. I will tell you a nice one.
One guy, Vernacular, Maharashtrian student was in school and teacher was teaching English . He was teaching How to Count Number? Teacher wrote numbers on the chalkboard and after writing numbers on chalkboard, teacher said,"Now read!" The guy says,"Shevanti, are you coming, not coming, its ok if you don't !" Teacher said," What did you say?" Teacher had written 70 ,280, 89, 99. 70 Seventy ( Shevanti), 280 two-eighty ( are you coming), 89 eight- nine (not coming), 99 ninety- nine (its ok if not). There was a Maharashtrian student, studying in a vernacular school and teacher was teaching numbers. Teacher wrote numbers on the chalk board and after writing numbers on board and said, "Read!" They guy said,"Shevanti, are you coming, not coming, its ok if you don't!" There was a teacher in a Marathi medium school and he was teaching numbers. The student was reading numbers and said,"Shevanti, are you coming, not coming, it ok if you don't!" There was a student in school, Maharashtrian teacher, teacher wrote numbers and teacher was saying, "Read!" So he said,"Shevanti, are you coming, not coming, its ok if you don't!" I am telling you the same joke again, isn't it?
DO you laugh on the same joke again? No. after a while, if I tell you same thing again, you will say, "There is something wrong with this person! What is he saying? He has gone in repeat mode, in a loop!" WE DON'T LAUGH ON THE SAME JOKE AGAIN. WHY DO WE CRY ON THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN.
We don't laugh on the same joke again, and We keep crying the same problem again and again. We keep crying on that same issue, on that same problem again and again and again. Problems will come, issues will come, difficulties will come, whoever you are, doesn't matter. Funeral pyre kills somebody once, anxiety kills someone every moment. Kills our life, kills our present, we cannot experience fulfilment ladies and gentlemen. God has a plan, an amazing plan, withall the challenges, with all the difficulties, with all the troubles that he sends our way, he has an incredible plan. None of us know what, none of us can see how, none of us understand why, and therefore at that point of time, all we do is cry, we can't understand the why. If only we understood what the plan is, even while going through that crisis, we would probably, smile! Thats the reason I make you all laugh, already many are crying in their lives. His Holiness Radhanath Swami says, Do not take this material world so seriously because it is always changing. Something terrible that you take so seriously today is going to change tomorrow. Radhanath Swami. Therefore the most pleasing lettered word- SMILE, KEEP IT!
